🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Vibrant Body Essentials, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do our best to ensure you love every product, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.


📦 Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@vibrantbodyessentials.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.


❌ All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used items. We also cannot accept returns based on change of mind or individual preference.


🛍 Unopened Product Exception

If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please email info@vibrantbodyessentials.com with your order number. Return authorization is required before any items are sent back.


⚠️ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📬 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to info@vibrantbodyessentials.com. We’ll work with the carrier and take appropriate action based on the situation. We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
